Come play and explore the light of your own heart in this long weekend on the beautiful Heartwood property. Our practice will be experiencing Shri: the good fortunes and the divine splendor and beauty in our lives. We'll do lots of fun and relaxing yoga, eat amazing food, sing, dance, and bask in the warm Humboldt sunshine! Heartwood has a great yoga room with plenty of props and mats for our use, a great bookstore and healthy snack shop too.
All meals are included and they truly are abundant, organic and scrumptious!

Heartwood is located in the beautiful golden hills 1 hour east of Garberville, and 2.5 hour drive from Arcata.
Retreat starts Friday evening at 4 pm and ends Monday after lunch. Morning yoga will be energizing and uplifting, evening yoga will be more mellow and restorative. There will be plenty of free time to receive massage, relax in the sauna, pool and hot tub, and enjoy long walks with expansive views of southern Humboldt County.
