Advanced Studies & Intensives
Heartwood Institute offers a broad spectrum of intensive courses throughout
the year in one to three-week formats:
- Continuing and advanced education for massage therapists and other professionals who wish to enhance their qualifications and scope of practice.
- Entry level trainings that meet minimum requirements for practicing in many parts of California and the U.S. They are good introductions to the comprehensive career training programs described in the Heartwood Course Catalog.
- Personal growth and Spiritual development. Many intensives are ideal for those seeking to enhance the quality of their lives. Participants have the opportunity to reflect on their innermost feelings and beliefs, and learn wellness and personal transformation skills.
Heartwood Institute is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork as a Continuing Education Provider A.
