Touching From the Heart
with Nicolay Kreidler, LMT, RYT
August 30 - September 12, 2008
This 100 hour massage intensive is a foundational course that provides
complete training in itself but also offers a wonderful foundation to
begin the study of massage therapy or if you are a practitioner to re-ignite
your passion for bodywork.
In the course of 2 weeks students receive 100 hours of supervised training,
and a massage routine is taught, one that is an arrangement of the most
effective moves from modalities such as Swedish Massage, Jin Shin Do
Acupressure, Lomi Lomi, Reiki, Reflexology, Healing Touch, Trager and
many more combined into a graceful flow. Yoga and movement are included
to balance and enhance the curriculum.
Supported by a process of self-inquiry and breathwork, the work is naturally
anchored in the Heart and informed by presence. This workshop is suited
for anyone who is interested in massage therapy, whether as a career,
as a life-skill or simply to share with friends, family and community.
Accomplished and recently trained bodyworkers have experienced this
workshop as an excellent opportunity to revitalize and jumpstart their
practice.
At the end of the 2-Week intensive you will be able to give a professional
massage incorporating a variety of techniques using the Touching from
the Heart sequence.
The intentional setting provides a focused experience and a safe learning environment. Yoga and movement are integral part of the workshop for those who wish to participate. Healthy meals, a relaxed atmosphere and time for personal integration and sharing, set the tone for an exceptionally rewarding experience.

He has experienced bodywork to be a gateway to his heart. Encountering the unexpected moment as it expands and permeates his body and mind during sessions is what continues to draw him into a state of observation without knowing in this field. His teachers encouraged this transformational process of letting go and diving in. |
